Woodford

I've started working on another mini album - all these years of scrapbooking with hardly a mini in sight, and now I've got four in progress!  I'm hoping the smaller format will motivate me to get a few more photos and events scrapped this year.

The new album is about our day trip to the Woodford Railway, and this is my first completed page, (which I think will be page 3 in the album):

Materials
Kraft cardstock
Collage Press Grayson Hall - Postmark patterned paper
Heidi Swapp Cinnamon Dot ribbon
Creative Embellishments Together Frame Set chipboard frame
Vintage book page
Metal star washers (from the hardware store)
Free printable White Clockface from inmyownstyle.com

I'm joining in with these challenges:

* Creative Embellishments ~ The January challenge picture reminded me a bit of steampunk style... thus the layout theme with the steam train, and I also added the antique clock face, featuring the lovely Roman numerals.  The frame is from CE and I backed the stencilled cut-out with red cardstock to make it pop.
* Really Reasonable Ribbon ~ Anything Goes.  My stash busting in full swing - I used  the last of my Heidi Swapp 1/8" ribbon to trim the page.
* Word Art Wednesday ~ Anything Goes.  'Together' ~ definitely an encouraging sentiment!

Thank you for visiting my blog!
